You will need to be educated to degree level (preferably Computer Science) and have some commercial experience gained within a similar role. You will have excellent PHP knowledge with examples of work you have developed ie Portfolio and/or coding examples. A good working knowledge of Flash, JavaScript and Ajax is also required.
