Our candidates will be able to prepare and upload a 3min video of themselves on to a secure part of our site which can be presented to clients along side the standard CV and Banana summary.This advanced approach will give candidates a distinct advantage in the selection process and will be the envy of the recruitment industry.
Clients will gain more information about the calibre of candidates than ever before and this will be from there desk and without initial interviewing.
